Presentation Guidelines

Important Guidelines for Presentations



Only Posters and Presentations of registered participants will be displayed at interactive Stations and will be included in the scientific program. All presenting authors will have to adhere to the following guidelines:

Poster Presentations

  • • All presenters are responsible for printing good-quality prints of their posters and bringing them directly to the conference.
  • • Posters will be displayed across two sessions in the designated Poster Presentation Area.
  • • Presenters are kindly requested to be present by their posters during their assigned sessions.
  • • Please adhere strictly to the designated mounting and removal times.
  • • Any posters left uncollected after the designated removal time will be disposed of by conference staff.

Poster preparation guidelines:
  • • All posters must be prepared and submitted in English.
  • Maximum poster measurements: Vertical presentation (portrait orientation) with a width of 90 cm and a height of 120 cm.
  • • Suggested poster layout: Title, author(s), address at the top, followed by Introduction, Objectives/Aims, Methods, Results, Conclusions, and Disclosure.
  • • Conflict of interest and source of funding disclosures are mandatory. Provide a one-sentence statement for each author.
  • • The title should be in bold and easily readable from 2–3 meters. Include drawings, charts, and photos to break up the text.
  • • Images and tables should be at least 200 dpi for good quality.
  • • Only Arial, Calibri, Verdana, or Times New Roman fonts are permitted, with a minimum font size of 14 points.
  • • Promotional logos or marketing materials are not allowed.
  • • QR codes may be included but must link only to relevant scientific content (e.g., additional graphs, images, videos, or author CVs). They must not link to promotional or marketing materials.
  • • Posters must be mounted and removed according to the specified times. Posters left after the removal time will be disposed of by the conference staff.
  • • Poster numbers will be provided and fixed on each poster wall, and the necessary materials for affixing posters will be supplied.

Please Note: One or two presentations from the list above may be moved to the ECF Young Investigator Award Session on Friday, 15th November 2024, from 10:20 to 12:00 IST. This adjustment applies to presentations by participants who have applied for the European Charcot Foundation Young Investigator Award.

Duration: 5 minutes for Presentation and 2 minutes for discussion.


Instructions for Platform Presentation :
  • • Please Prepare your presentation in PowerPoint (.pptx of versions: 2003-2016 and 365) using a 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio in landscape format. Versions 2013 and higher are recommended.
  • • Personal laptops will not be allowed due to time constraints.
  • • Ensure all videos are embedded directly into your presentation. Bring all video files in mp4 format along with your presentation in a single folder.
  • • Please verify that your videos play correctly when loading the presentation.
  • • Use only Times New Roman or Arial fonts. Do not use any special fonts to avoid compatibility issues.
  • • A digital reverse timer will be displayed in the hall. Please adhere strictly to your allotted time.
  • • All presenters must load their presentations at least 2 hours before their scheduled time. No last-minute changes will be allowed.
  • • Presentations will only be accepted from a pen drive. Files from CDs, mobiles, or the Internet will not be accepted. Only material submitted in the preview room will be used for the presentation.
  • • You may also send your presentation via email at info@ictrims2024.com before 10th November 2024.
  • • Given the tight schedule, we encourage you to plan your presentation to allow time for discussion.
  • • Further details, including the exact date and time of your presentation, will be shared with you shortly.


Confirmation of Attendance and Conference Registration

The presenting author must confirm their attendance by registering for the conference. If you have not yet registered, please do so online via the following button.



Please Note:
  • • Only abstracts from presenters who have paid their registration fees by 7th November 2024 will be included in the final program.
  • • If you have any questions or are unable to present your abstract, please contact us at support@ictrims2024.com
  • • If you are registering as part of a group, kindly inform us of the group name and organizer to ensure your abstract is not inadvertently removed from the program.
